This could have several reasons; perhaps you need to take the following into consideration:

a. As our application/website uses flash and its components, please make sure your browser and firewall settings allow the access of Flash and its components. Also make sure you have the most recent Flash player installed.

b. Probably because you did not upload the correct file formats (such as JPG, TIF, PSD and EPS), or you probably uploaded compressed file formats such as ZIP, RAR or SITX. These formats are not supported by our application.

c. Did you upload one of the above mentioned file formats correctly but still there is nothing visible? Please check the files settings. When uploading TIF or PSD files, make sure you upload a ‘flat image’ without multiple layers or transparent layers. The thumbnail viewer can only generate previews of images that have one flat original (or colored) background.
