Mister Clipping has taken another step in the full automated process of the workflow (upload, download, accept, check, reject, confirm etc.) by introducing a few tools earlier this year:

1. Auto Processing option: 

This tool proves to save Mister Clipping's clients valuable time as they do not need to wait for the quotes any longer. As these regular clients are already familiar with the service, quality and pricing, the jobs are now automatically processed as soon as the upload has been finished and a quote is requested. 

 2. FTP Drop:

Another time saving tool created by Mister Clipping is the FTP Drop tool. This tool enables clients to specificy a location on their own FTP server where the files will be dropped as soon as the job is done. Instead of downloading the file externally from Mister Clipping's servers, the clients can now pick up their files from their own internally located FTP server where Mister Clipping automatically 'drops' the ZIP file with the clipped images.

Of course, Mister Clipping keeps updating the application with new features that help speed up the workflow and save the clients valuable time. Mister Clipping is open for suggestions, so please feel free to share your ideas!

To celebrate Christmas 2009 and New Year 2010, Mister Clipping would like to introduce 3 great new features that enhance your experiences at Mister Clipping. These features are especially useful for our frequent users, so make sure you make use of it!  

1. FTP Drop: 

You can now save valuable time by enabling Mister Clipping to upload images to your FTP-server as soon as they are ready! Instead of manually clicking the "Download" button when you have had a chance to read your email, a zip-file of your job will automatically be uploaded to your servers as soon as the job is finished. Simply set (and test) the server settings once a job has been created and Mister Clipping will deliver any job to your specified FTP-address! Go to our website and create a new job to set your FTP address now!

2.Auto Processing option:

Mister Clipping now offers the "Auto Processing" option, a feature designed especially for our heavy users. Frequent users now have the option to skip clicking “Accept offer” after a job has been assessed. No more waiting for offers to be made; Mister Clipping will start processing as soon as the images have been uploaded and the “Request offer” button has been clicked. Feel free to request more information about this option here.

3. Email notifications:

You have frequent jobs with us and you receive too many automated email notifications from us, which mess your mailbox a bit? Mister Clipping will make sure certain emails are not sent to you anymore. Just send your request of which notifications you would like to disable to info@misterclipping.com, and only important emails are sent to you.

If you have the same specifications each time you upload images at Mister Clipping, you do not need to type them in each time you open a new job. If you email your specifications to info@misterclipping.com we will set them as default in your account and your images will always be returned just the way you want it! Don't worry if you incidentally need to add or delete instructions. The default specifications can be altered!

Specially for webshop owners Mister Clipping offers additional delivery of webready-images. Simply state that web-images are needed, add the specifications like "size 900x900 px" and "Crop images", and Mister Clipping will deliver webready images after the "confirm results" is clicked.

Mister Clipping always delivers your images within 24 hours. If you have just a couple of average images that need to be returned sooner than 24 hours, simply state the deadline in the job description box. To be sure you can send us an additional email and the images will be returned in time - with no extra charge!
